IP Applications was founded in 1998 as a regional internet service provider. As the ISP market first expanded and then consolidated, the Company developed into a multi-tenant white-label provider of internet services and OSS support to Telco’s and other internet-service marketing companies. In 2003 and 2004 the Company acquired technical support and payment processing companies to broaden its suite of services. Since inception IP Applications’ proprietary software and systems represent a cumulative investment of more than $70 million.
All of the Company’s major software platforms are delivered on-demand to our customers. Our clients take advantage of our services no matter where they host their own software; in-house, with a hosting partner or in the cloud. Our technology and theirs works together through standard SOAP and XML API’s.
A decade of experience and a deep skill-base acquired by supporting the Company’s own SaaS offerings eases the way for our customers. We’ve implemented and operated our own on-demand service-agreement-based business for years, and our customers reap the benefits of our knowledge.
The Company’s established customers are from all parts of North America and range in size from small regional firms to large household name companies like AOL Canada, Sprint, Amway and Bell Mobility. Approximately eighty percent of IP Applications’ revenue is from the USA.
IP Application’s on-demand Billing and Payment solution is an economical way for the our customers to capture every available dollar of revenue from their services. They manage the entire lifecycle of virtually any form of service agreement including subscriptions, standby agreements, and many other forms of commitments in the business to business and business to consumer world.
Our systems operate inside our Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard (“PCI-DSS”) certified data center in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
